Finished shopping? It's time to finalize your order. Click on the basket icon in the top right corner to access your items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the Checkout button. You will be taken to the payment page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on a single page.
Please note: once you have completed your order, you will no longer be able to change it, as it will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shirts and Sons covers the shipping costs. You do not pay any shipping costs.
* You must pay the shipping costs to return the item.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Yes, we ship all items with Track & Trace. You can track your order on the order status page, which you will receive by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Sometimes it may take some time before the tracking status is available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Shirts and Sons strives to deliver your products quickly. Orders are processed within 2-3 days. Most of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 10-15 business days.
I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT HAPPENS THEN?
If the package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a DHL center for 7 days. The driver will send you a message to this effect, also indicating where you can pick it up. After these 7 days, DHL will return the shipment to our warehouse.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and delivery, but there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect delivery address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered to your address but you have not yet received your order, please let us know. DHL will open an investigation 14 days after the indicated delivery date, and we will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
Defective product?
That's a bummer! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always send a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. Did the defective item arrive a second time? In that case, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Lost or returned package?
If a package is lost or not delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Delivery in your absence or at the post office.
If the package is delivered to your home or the post office, Velour Malmö has incurred the delivery costs for the package. If the package is not accepted or picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct $225 from the amount you receive back.
