If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.


Returning products

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Please send the completed return form, together with the invoice, with the shipment. If the form is not fully completed, we will not be able to process the return.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with the tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse the return of 3 items if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.

Returns are accepted within 14 days. The following information is required to process your exchange/refund request:

Products must be in their original condition, with the original labels attached.

The packaging must be intact and in its original condition.

Products to be returned must not show any signs of use.

Order number

A photo or video clearly showing the problem (only if the product arrived damaged).

If the problem is considered valid, we will cover all replacement costs as soon as possible.

Please note the following. If the returned products do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always make sure your package has a tracking code. Without proof of shipment with a tracking code, lost returns will not be refunded. Sending a return by mail without a tracking code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email. Within a few days of processing your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account.

Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following criteria cannot be returned

a. Sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.

b. Products that have been manufactured by the contractor according to the consumer's specifications (custom-made).

c. Products that are clearly personalized.

d. Cannot be returned due to their nature.

e. Products such as underwear, lingerie, stockings, and toiletries are not covered by the right of return. The reason for this is hygiene. These products cannot be returned and will not be processed.

f. Products must be returned within 14 days of the date of arrival.


Order cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of being placed. After 5 minutes, orders are stopped in the processing system and unfortunately cannot be canceled.

Returns are always at the sender's expense and risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return policy

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.


Delay or non-return

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.
